Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: white clothing, shoes, swimwear, shapewear, items on sale or discounted items, clothing with sequins, glitter, metallic finishes, crystals, or items from our festive, holiday collections, including Christmas themed apparel. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, you must notify us within 3 days of the package being marked as delivered. Notification can be made via email or phone, indicating your desire to make a return. Following your notification, you have 4 days to ship the item back to us and provide evidence of shipment.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. They must be unworn, free from deodorant marks, perfume scents, stains, or any sign of wear. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the denial of the return, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
- We only offer store credit for returned items; no cash refunds will be issued. The store credit will be valid for use within 1 month from the date of issuance.
Damages During Shipping:
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the package during shipment by USPS. If your package is damaged upon arrival, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the postal service.
