In the rare event that USPS misplaces your package, we encourage you to file a complaint directly with the postal service. Please contact USPS for assistance with any issues related to the delivery or location of your package. Amarzi Boutique is not liable for packages once they have been entrusted to USPS, but we are committed to assisting you in resolving any delivery issues to the best of our ability.
